Information security is paramount to the translation process and something which we take very seriously. We have signed NDAs in place with all our translators and are happy to implement specific project related NDAs when required.
Our systems and servers have been tested for external penetration to reduce the opportunities for hackers to access our information.
We also operate a secure translations environment whereby documents are not transmitted electronically backwards and forwards but instead the translator logs on to a secure environment and translates online. This helps reduce the chance of a translator, for example, accidentally misplacing a laptop with a translation stored on it. The secure translations environment incorporates an IP check to prevent translators working from non-secure environments.
All these technological measures are supplemented by a culture which places an emphasis on good housekeeping and security.
