About Our Translation Accreditations
We are a full member of the American Translators Association, which is a trade body whose goal is to advance the translation and interpreting professions.
Our processes have been externally audited to ISO:9001. Additionally we have been externally audited to EN:15038. The EN:15038 standard is a quality standard developed specifically for the translations industry to ensure the consistent quality of the service. EN:15038 was developed by the European Committee for Standardization (http://www.cen.eu/cen/pages/default.aspx).
In practical terms many of our policies are coded into our workflow system. This ensures that we not only meet but also exceed standard industry “best practices” across a range of different activities.
In addition to belonging to the ATA, we also belong to other translation trade associations / industry bodies around the world.
