Our basic processes are handled by a proprietary workflow system which we have been continuously developing since 2004. This system, called STREAM, is a highly evolved platform designed specifically to facilitate the translation process and to monitor the performance of translators over time.
We have also integrated the best third party Translation Memory technologies into our system. This means that our system is able to seamlessly incorporate the benefits of Translation Memory – better consistency, faster turnaround, and lower prices.
Client with multiple requirements will in general find it easier to manage their work via our translation portal. This enables clients to track work directly and to generate Management Information Reports on a variety of metrics, including spend. Client portals are made available to clients at no extra charge.
Much of the work that we do involves handling complicated format requirements, including, for example XML files from Content Management Systems. We have extensive experience in dealing with complicated formats and in general prefer not to charge for those services.
